Tangy Broiled Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium-sized potatoes
    1/4 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat broiler (if manufacturer directs).
    Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick.
    Toss potatoes with 2 tablespoons Italian dressing.
    Place potato slices on rack in broiling pan.
    Place pan in broiler at closest position to heat.
    Broil potatoes 15 minutes or until tender, turning once and brushing with the remaining dressing.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
