Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chili
12 soft tortillas
2 Tbsp. grated American cheese
2 tsp. chopped onion
cheese
Preparation

Heat chili in saucepan and dip each tortilla in the hot chili. Place cheese and onion in center of each tortilla.
Roll each tortilla and place, seam side down, in shallow baking dish.
Cover with remaining chili.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
