Whole Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of 12 medium muffin cups. Beat egg, stir in milk and oil.
    Mix remaining ingredients, until flour is moistened.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown, remove immediately.
