Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1 Tbsp. chili powder
6 oz. grated cheese
1 bud garlic
3/4 tsp. cumin powder
1 Tbsp. pepper sauce
1 pod jalapeno pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. catsup
2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix butter and flour in a saucepan.
Cook over low heat for one minute.
Take off burner; mix in paprika, mustard, chili powder and pepper sauce.
Add milk, jalapeno peppers (finely chopped), cheese and crushed garlic.
Mix well.
Add rest of ingredients and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly to avoid lumping.
