Yogurt Fruit Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
    1/2 c. strawberry or apricot preserves
    1 medium banana, cut into chunks
Preparation
    Place ingredients in blender container; blend on high speed until foamy.
    Serve cold.
    Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
