No-Bake Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. quick oatmeal
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix oatmeal, orange peel and walnuts in large bowl.
    Combine butter, brown sugar and evaporated milk in saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add marshmallows.
    Stir until melted.
    Pour over oatmeal mixture; blend.
    Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper.
    Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
