Healthy Yogurt Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion or 2 to 3 tsp. dried onion
    2 to 4 oz. cheese or less (Monterey Jack, Mozzarella or low-fat, low sodium variety), diced
    dash of pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 c. no-fat plain yogurt
    2 to 4 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 to 3 eggs, slightly beaten
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cover bottom of 9-inch pie plate with sliced mushrooms.
    Mix all ingredients together except nutmeg, beating well.
    Pour into pie plate over mushrooms.
    Sprinkle top of mixture with nutmeg.
    Bake 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
