Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 (3 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and cook macaroni.
    Pour macaroni and tomato sauce with melted cheese over ground beef.
    Mix together.
    Serve hot.
