Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped prunes
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and mix. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes in an angel food cake pan.
Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and place in a deep serving dish.
Spoon on topping.
