Cinnamon Toast Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. peaches
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    cinnamon sticks
    4 to 6 pieces toast
Preparation
    Drain peaches, save juice and bring to boil.
    Add lemon juice, butter and peaches.
    Pour into greased cake pan.
    Put in cinnamon and dry bread, cut lengthwise.
    Add cinnamon on top of peaches. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
