Teriyaki Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chuck roast
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle tenderizer on all sides of meat and let stand.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Turn occasionally; drain.
    Grill about 10 minutes.
