Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. finely chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1 tsp. salt
4 boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. pimento
2/3 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese, potato chips and almonds.
Better if allowed to refrigerate overnight.
When ready to bake, put cheese, potato chips and almonds on as topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
