Swedish Limpa Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. flour
    3 c. rye flour
    1 cake compressed or 1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed or dark molasses
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind, packed
    1 1/4 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 40 to 45 minutes or until done. Makes 2 loaves.
