Lemon Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. golden raisins
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
1 c. shredded zucchini (not drained or peeled)
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
Mix eggs, milk and oil together.
Add to dry ingredients.
Fold in shredded zucchini. Bake at 375\u00b0 in greased pan for 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf.
