Easy Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    5 drops Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp chervil
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper, freshly ground
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chopped vegetables.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Just before serving add vegetables.
    Plain or garlic croutons may be sprinkled on top when served.
    Serve icy cold in hot weather - or hot in cool weather!
