Taco Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef
1 medium onion
1 pkg. taco mix
1 small sour cream
1/3 c. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
2 c. crushed nacho cheese chips
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
hot sauce
Preparation

Brown beef and onions.
Drain.
Stir in taco mix, water and green pepper and simmer 5 minutes.
Separate dough into 8 pieces. Spread on 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle 1 cup of chips over chips over crust.
Spoon meat over crust.
Spread sour cream over meat mixture.
Cover with cheese and chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until brown.
Check sometimes it doesn't take that long, depends on your oven.
