Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except soup and water; mix well. Shape into 6 patties.
    Dip into flour and brown in hot fat. Place in baking pan.
    Add soup and water.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
