Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten lightly
1 c. mashed bananas
1 1/2 Tbsp. sweet milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. sifted self-rising flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, milk and lemon juice to mashed bananas; combine with butter and sugar.
Add sifted flour and pecans.
Stir only enough to blend.
Bake in greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
