Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. soft white bread, cubed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

In large bowl, toss bread, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In medium pan, combine milk, sugar, butter and salt; bring to boil.
Stir in eggs.
Pour over bread; mix well.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
