No-Crust Cheesecake(Passover) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    5 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    unsweetened chocolate (optional)
Preparation
    Beat cheese in electric mixer until softened.
    Add eggs, 1 cup sugar, salt and almond extract.
    Beat until smooth, thick and lemon colored.
    Pour into a buttered 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
    Cool on cake rack 20 minutes.
    Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, sour cream and vanilla.
    Pour over cake (or spread on top of cake).
    Return to oven and bake 10 minutes.
    Chill and decorate with shaved chocolate.
