Party Potatoes(Club Member: Amanda Speed) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

instant potatoes (enough for 12)
1/2 c. onions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
butter
paprika

Preparation

Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Add onions, sour cream and cream cheese. Mix well and place in baking dish. Brush well with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
