Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
    4 c. cold milk
    2 pkg. (4 servings) Jell-O instant pudding (lemon flavor)
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; mix well.
    Press mixture firmly on the bottom and up sides (to within 1-inch of top) of a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan (or use 9-inch square pan; press mixture on the bottom).
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool.
