Cream Cheese Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
    3 oz. cream cheese, cut into 4 sections
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    In food processor (with blade in) combine lemon juice and soft butter or margarine.
    Drop through chute the cream cheese, with motor running.
    Add powdered sugar and process until smooth. Makes 1 cup.
