Easter "Hrutka"(Egg Cheese For Easter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook in a double boiler until thick and curdly-like.
    Pour into cheesecloth; tie and form a ball.
    Tie tightly.
    Let all liquid drip.
    You can hang it outside or over pan in kitchen.
