Quick Mexican Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Colby Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
    1 c. salsa
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    green peppers, red peppers, onion, mushrooms, etc. (as desired)
Preparation
    Cook meat; drain.
    Stir in seasonings.
    Spread 1/4 cup salsa and 1/2 cup meat mixture on each tortilla.
    Top each with 1/2 cup cheese and desired toppings.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
    Makes 4 servings.
