Rice Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 pt. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir eggs, sugar, salt and spice together.
    Add milk, vanilla and rice; mix thoroughly.
    Pour into casserole dish; bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
