Meat Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

broth of ham
2 or more c. water (according to amount of broth and if salty)
small amount chopped onion
cornmeal
Preparation

Add water to broth of ham.
Add onion.
Cook with broth until onion is tender.
Add cornmeal a little at a time until thickened. Stop adding meal before too dry.
If thick enough after it is chilled, can be sliced and fried until brown.
