Chicken Breasts With Vegetables(And Wine Cream Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium carrot
    1 to 2 celery stalks
    1 medium onion
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 boned chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. brown beef stock
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 c. whipping cream, unwhipped
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into
    very
    small
    cubes.
    Cook in frypan with butter and salt
    for
    5
    minutes until tender.
    Rub breast with lemon juice and
    salt.
    Roll
    them in butter and vegetable mixture.
    Place all in casserole dish and cover with a buttered piece of waxed paper.
    Place in a 400\u00b0 oven for 6 to 12 minutes or until done.
    Place on warm platter while making sauce.
