Creamy Dijon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 tsp. tarragon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in 1-cup glass measure.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Cook at 50 (Medium heat) 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with meat, spread on sandwiches or stir into your favorite casserole.
