Beef Stew Mix(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 lb. canned beef stew or 3 c. leftover beef stew
Preparation
    Melt butter in 2-quart casserole in oven.
    Mix all other ingredients except stew.
    Pour mixture over melted butter.
    Spoon stew over batter.
    Do not stir!!!
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 60 to 65 minutes or until crust is raised and brown.
