Blueberry Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. saltine crackers, crushed
    1 c. pecans, chopped fine
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff, then add sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add saltines, pecans and vanilla.
    Pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
    Let cool.
