Divinity Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites (room temperature)
    4 c. sugar
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    1 c. water
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cook sugar, Karo, water and salt until forms hard ball in cold water and will crack on side of a cup.
    Pour over egg whites which have been beaten stiff.
    Add vanilla and beat in mixer until loses its shine and will hold its shape when dropped on waxed paper.
