Bobbi'S Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen lima beans
2 or 3 slices bread
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 clove garlic
1 lb. ground beef
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook beans according to package.
Drain. Soak bread in milk.
In separate bowl, mix salt, egg and finely chopped garlic.
Squeeze extra milk out of bread.
Mix with meat and egg mixture with fork gently.
Shape into walnut size meatballs.
Fry in 1 tablespoon butter until browned.
Transfer to bottom of casserole dish.
Pour water into skillet.
Stir and pour over meatballs.
Season beans with salt, pepper and butter. Pour over meatballs.
Bake 30 minutes.
Spoon sour cream over casserole.
Bake another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
