Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    3 eggs
    3/5 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pie filling (any flavor)
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Add sugar and vanilla and beat.
    Fill muffin tin size paper cups to 1/8-inch from top.
    Bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove from oven and cool.
    An indentation made in the top of the cake is to be filled with your favorite filling.
    Makes 12 cakes.
