Pumpkin Walnut Date Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/3 c. water
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. chopped pitted dates
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add wet ingredients and beat at medium speed about one minute.
    Fold in walnuts and dates.
    Pour batter into a 2-quart (9 x 5-inch) loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
