Parmesan Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 lb. halibut steaks, cut into serving size pieces
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine cheese and flour.
    Dip the halibut in the mixture and saute in butter until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
    Remove halibut from frying pan and place on platter.
    Pour pan drippings over fish and sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
