Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. celery
    1/3 c. green pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    3 c. chicken broth
    10 oz. frozen okra
    2 bay leaves
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 can white crab meat
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Roux:
    Combine flour and oil; cook over medium heat until dark brown, stirring constantly.
    Stir in onion, celery, green pepper, garlic, black and red peppers.
    Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
    Stir often.
