Poor Man'S Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburg
    5 tsp. Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
    3 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. smoked salt
    3 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate 3 days.
    Mix every day.
    On 4th day shape into logs.
    Place on broiler pan or rack with drip pan under it.
    Bake 8 hours at 160\u00b0.
