Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round or sirloin steak
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 c. beef bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Trim and cut meat in slivers.
    Put oil, salt and pepper in electric frying pan or skillet.
    Add meat and cook until brown. Add 1 cup beef bouillon, garlic, celery, onion and green pepper. Simmer until vegetables are to desired doneness, approximately 20 minutes.
