Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gal. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. almonds
1/2 c. butter pecan syrup
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix sugar, butter and buttered pecan syrup; boil.
Add soda and vanilla; stir and pour over corn and almonds.
(Almonds are optional.)
Cook one hour at 200\u00b0.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Store in gallon jars for snacks.
This recipe will serve 15 people.
