Quick Italian Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 c. Bisquick original baking mix
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 9-inch pie plate.
    Cook ground beef until brown.
    Drain.
    Stir in tomato and seasoning.
    Spread in plate.
    Stir baking mix, milk and eggs with fork until blended. Pour into plate.
    Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 2 or 3 minutes longer or until melted.
    Serve with pizza sauce.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
