Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. bread cubes, dried
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. oleo
2 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation

Put bread into a buttered casserole dish.
Beat eggs and milk together thoroughly in a small bowl.
Add sugar to the pineapple, then add the egg mixture, stirring together.
Pour over bread cubes and dot with oleo.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
