Crab Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. manicotti, cooked and drained
    1 lb. shredded Mozzarella
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. imitation crab legs, chopped (Sea Stix or Crab Delights)
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Combine cheese, eggs, garlic salt, onion and parsley in a large bowl.
    Stir in crabmeat.
    Carefully stuff filling into cooked manicotti shells.
    Arrange stuffed manicotti in a baking pan.
    Melt butter and slightly cook mushrooms in butter; add pimento.
    Pour this over manicotti, making sure to cover all with butter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
