Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    chili powder
Preparation
    Let the cream cheese and Velveeta stand at room temperature until soft.
    Cut into small chunks and blend together.
    Add pepper, garlic and pecans; mix well until blended.
    Oil a large piece of foil and spread cheese out flat.
    Sprinkle with chili powder. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
    Roll into a log and slice as needed.
