Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes or 2 lb. hash browns (frozen)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (reserve 1/2 c. for topping)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; cool and cube.
    Heat soup and add butter until melted.
    Blend in sour cream, onions and cheese.
    Pour mixture over potatoes and mix gently.
    Pour into a large casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with more sour cream, if desired.
