Wild Rice Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice
    1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts, cooked
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. mayo
    1 Tbsp. milk
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. seedless red grapes, cut in half
    3/4 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. coarsely chopped cashews
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped spring onions
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions; refrigerate until chilled.
    Cut chicken into cubes.
    In small bowl, stir together salt, mayo, milk and lemon juice.
    In large bowl, combine chicken, grape halves, celery, chopped cashews, onions and chilled rice.
    Fold in mayo mixture.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
