Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
4 large russet potatoes, cut lengthwise into eighths
1 tsp. basil
Preparation

Place Parmesan cheese, olive oil, basil and red pepper flakes in large bowl.
Add potatoes and toss until well coated.
Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning the potatoes after 30 minutes.
