Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. finely grated carrots

Preparation

Sift together and mix by hand the first 5 ingredients.
Then add remaining ingredients and mix well.
