Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 Canadian bacon or ham slices
12 Swiss cheese slices
12 eggs
1/2 pt. cream (half and half)
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Can be arranged in a 9 x 13-inch pan the night before and baked in morning.
Layer ingredients, ham first, then cheese and eggs on top.
Cover with cream, letting yolks peak out.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; remove from oven and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
Return to oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Serve with English muffins or toast.
