Corned Beef Salad Or Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon jello
12 oz. canned corned beef
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. salad dressing
2 scant c. boiling water
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 onion, grated
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix the jello and the boiling water.
Fold in the remaining ingredients; chill until set.
May use as a salad, sandwich spread or hors d'oeuvre with crackers.
